Buzzing, a hot smell, scorch marks or an old rewireable fuse board that keeps blowing: we make it safe first, repair faulty breakers or connections, and where a board has to be replaced we quote it in full before we start. Notifiable work is certified properly.
A whole lighting circuit dead, lights flickering, a switch that crackles or a socket that has stopped working. Persistent flicker can point to a loose connection, so it is worth a call. Most of these are fixed in a single visit.
